Shipping Information (Updated November 2, 2025)
Dear customers, during the war, shipping from Ukraine is currently carried out using two main methods.
1. Combined Delivery Method
This method includes several stages:
- Your order is first transported by truck to Poland as part of a consolidated shipment.
- It passes customs clearance in Ukraine and Poland.
- Then, it is loaded onto a UPS aircraft which delivers it either to the USA, Canada, the UK, or Australia.
Depending on the destination:
- For Australia, the plane flies directly there, and the parcel is then delivered locally to the customer.
- For the USA and Canada, parcels arrive at our partner offices in Minnesota or Miami (Florida).
Once the parcels are processed there (usually the next day), they are handed over to USPS for domestic delivery within the country.
Please note:
If your order is going to the USA or Canada using this combined method, tracking becomes available only once your parcel is processed by USPS in Miami or Minnesota.
Before that, the tracking number will show a “pre-transit” status, since consolidated international shipments from Ukraine currently don’t offer full real-time tracking for earlier stages. For European countries and Australia, tracking is available from the moment the parcel leaves Ukraine all the way to the recipient.
2. Direct Shipping via Nova Poshta (Ukrainian Postal Service)
The second and currently more common method is direct shipping through Nova Poshta Global. In this case, your tracking number will be active immediately - from the moment the parcel is shipped from Ukraine until final delivery. This method works well for customers in the USA, Canada, and across Europe.
However, Nova Poshta currently does not ship to Australia.
Customs & Import Fees for U.S. Customers
Please note that, as of September 1, 2025, President Trump’s administration revoked the de minimis rule and introduced a 10% import tariff on parcels from Ukraine (and other countries).
We want to emphasize that all taxes and duties for your orders are fully paid by us in advance. You will not need to pay anything extra upon delivery — your checkout total already includes everything.
If, by any chance, you receive an invoice or notice from customs or a courier service, please contact us immediately. We’ll handle it directly with the carrier, since all duties and taxes are already covered on our side. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives smoothly - just like before ![]()
Average delivery times:
- USA: about 10–15 business days after dispatch
- UK: around 10 business days
- Canada: approximately 10–17 business days
- Australia: usually 5–7 business days
If you need your order by a specific date or would like it to be made faster, please contact us before placing your order. The possibility of faster processing depends on how busy our studio and artisans are at the moment. We’ll be happy to check the schedule and let you know the most realistic time frame for both production and delivery ![]()
Shipping to Other Countries
If your country isn’t listed above - don’t worry! We ship worldwide (except for a few restricted destinations). However, some countries may require us to set up individual shipping options or confirm delivery times and rates manually. If you’re shopping from a country not mentioned in the list, please message us before placing your order.
We’ll happily check the available delivery options, estimated transit time, and shipping cost to make sure everything works perfectly for you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If your plans change - for example, if you move, or no longer need your order - please let us know as soon as possible. We can either reschedule the shipping date or cancel the order, depending on your situation. Please note that any changes or cancellations must be made before your order is shipped (within the 5–7 business day processing period).
